Dr Dean and his staff are the best!! They are friendly and caring. You feel like your in the best hands.

I gave 3 Stars because I believe he is a good Dentist. He is a perfectionist and I liked that. BUT you MUST do your due diligence with insurance. And be very aware of his want to improve your "Total Health". He does not tell you that you are paying for this "extra" service. I paid hundreds for a service I never requested or agreed to. Was never even provided with an estimate or expected cost. And found out after my crown that my insurance refused to pay for any of it. When i tried to get involved i was sent a letter from his office that was a attempt to explain to me how insurance is to blame, accused me of wanting him to lie to my insurance, and to this day has offered no resolution other than its not their fault. Their practices are very sketchy in my opinion. $1800 service cost me over $3k. Not to mention he molded the first cast for my crown incorrectly resulting in multiple extra visits. It took 2 months to get the crown in place 😒. I cancelled all future services and am with a Dentist that is very honest and transparent, doesn't milk my bank account, and doesn't play my insurance against me.

Wow, Dr. Dean is so calm and caring. Patient and helpful too. Took extra time to explain what the issues were and what needed to happen to fix them. Great staff too.

I have extremely sensitive couple teeth..I am very anxious going to a dentist. I had cracked my upper denture...I was amazed how gentle, caring and respectful everyone was. The time Dr Dean spent with me was fabulous. The questions to to get to know me, what habits I had, how I became anxious with dentists. I mean the list goes on. Today is my second day with my new dentures and I haven't smiled this big in a very long time. His staff made sure I didn't look to much different with the whiter teeth, but way better than my cracked one. Each an everyone one of the staff and Dr Dean I consider family...they all made me laugh. They are for sure beyond a 5 star rating.

I have been going to Dr. Dean for over 15 years. He, and his staff, are very professional. He stays up-to-date with new dental practices and is technically outstanding. Dr. Dean has a great personality! You may even enjoy your visit! He's the best.
